Job Description

Design the recruitment strategy by establishing a robust recruiting processes Actively involved in internal recruitment of mid-senior level positions Managing and facilitating Joining Formalities / Induction / On-boarding for all the new joinees Active involvement in various employee retention strategies and devising rewards & recognition scheme and attrition analysis across the organization Develop content and various training modules to incorporate functional and industry knowledge Efficient in Data analysis & interpretation for better decision making by the top management Interaction with employees to feel the pulse of the organization and bring about changes/ improvements Attendance & leaves management, end-to-end handling of payroll process Job Type: Full-time Salary: 940,000.00 - 945,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelors (Preferred)

Experience:

• Human resources management: 5 years (Preferred)
• HR: 4 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Professional in Human Resourcesxc2xae (Preferred)
