The Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket tools, ensuring smooth operation and user support.What Youll Do: Automate user management and permissions using Perl/Python and REST APIs Monitor and disable inactive users in Bitbucket & Confluence Perform Jira & Bitbucket upgrades and ensure system optimization Manage Bitbucket repo provisioning & integrations with CI/CD pipelines Reprovision Bitbucket test & production servers every 3 months using Jenkins Plan and deploy latest Bitbucket versions every 2 years, including testing and plugin upgrades Implement SSO authentication, access control, and security compliance Work with Terraform & Artifactory for infrastructure updates Support third-party Atlassian integrations and tool optimizationsNice to Have: Experience with BigPicture, EasyBI, Report2WebQualifications Experience in administering Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket Knowledge of software development processes and tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience with other Atlassian products is a plus Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field,
