Job Description

Job PurposeDuties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for credit appraisal and monitoring for the region.
  • Implementation of Credit Policy and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the Policy and compliance with the Authority Matrix at branches in the region assigned.
  • Analyzing the portfolio health and risk involved in a particular segment of assets & profile and giving timely feedback to the sales team.
  • Ensuring portfolio quality is maintained at the highest standards and delinquency is under control.
  • Building and leading a highly effective team.
  • Striving for continuous improvement in productivity.
  • Review and upgrade vendor service quality.
  • Market Research and Feedback for credit policy and new product launch based on market conditions.
  • Deliver on the goals of customer and employee satisfaction.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • CA/MBA Finance with 8 - 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Should have worked with a reputed Bank/Financial Institution in Consumer Financing in Mortgage/SME business.
  • Must have handled multiple locations and teams.
