• Building Agency: Identify & Recruit Potential advisors/Sales Associates (Ex: Retired Persons, Unemployed, Any family Members Etc).
• Driving Sales: Motivating to achieve Expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisors.
• Manage Team Performance & Productivity: Continuously review performance and improve productivity of the sa team.
• Leadership: Provide leadership and management to the team of advisors/Sales Associates.
• Mentoring and Training: Provide training and monitor developmental needs of advisors in the team, providing feedback on advisors/Sales Associates performance.
• Involves attending the Sales calls (outside of the office).
