Branch Credit Manager

Job Description

• Monitoring portfolio distribution, concentration, and segmental risk. Monitor portfolio performance and risks emanating from the same across product, geography, program
• Conducting personal discussions with the customers to assess the willingness and capacity of the borrower to repay
• Keep a watch on the budgeted credit loss vis- -vis actual credit losses and early indicators to suggest appropriate policy changes
• Monitoring of credit underwriting policy and framework
• Appropriate flagging and proposals under various categories and schemes
• Ensuring TAT is getting maintained from inward to sanction
• 100% scrutiny of customer documents and internal / external verification reports. Any negative reports / documents to be reported in writing to ACM reporting Manager
• Driving a team of CPAs and monitoring their performances
