Graphic Design Specialist

Job Description

As a Graphic Designer for a fresh iGaming brand with an international crew, you will be responsible for designing complete brand identities, including logos, banners, landing pages, social media assets, and more. You will lead concept development and brainstorm campaign themes that align with brand goals. Additionally, you will build mood boards and storyboards to translate abstract ideas into clear visual directions. Collaboration on video, motion graphics, and occasionally UI/UX to bring campaigns to life across formats will be part of your responsibilities. You will also own the visual consistency of a project, ensuring everything feels cohesive and on-point across all touchpoints.Key Responsibilities:- Design complete brand identities, including logos, banners, landing pages, and social media assets- Lead concept development and brainstorm campaign themes- Build mood boards and storyboards to translate abstract ideas into clear visual directions- Collaborate on video, motion graphics, and occasionally UI/UX- Ensure visual consistency of projects across all touchpointsQualifications Required:- Minimum 3 years of experience working in iGaming, specifically in poker, sports, casino, or bingo products- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant tools- Background in other creative industries, especially entertainment or consumer-focused products, is a plusPlease note that this is a remote role where you can work from anywhere in India as long as you align with the teams core working hours and deliver on time. The salary offered will match or beat market standards based on your experience and contributions. You are expected to focus on practical creativity, balance creative ambition with business needs, handle feedback effectively, and communicate ideas clearly to individuals without a design background.
