Statistician (AI Healthcare)

Job Description

Role OverviewYou will be joining HFWL and FriskaAi as a Statistician to provide support in clinical study design, data analysis, and validation of AI-driven healthcare solutions. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring statistical rigour and regulatory readiness for AI models used in risk detection, nutrition recommendations, and clinical decision support. This full-time role is based in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, with a remote start and eventual transition to the Tirupati office.Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with a team of research analysts to conduct research on AI in the healthcare sector.- Calculate performance metrics of AI models, such as accuracy, safety, and error types.- Conduct clinical trials for AI chatbots and perform medical statistical analyses to develop inferential claims on chatbot accuracy.- Perform AI chatbot analyses, including LLM operations and ML operations.- Extract insights from statistical tests and effectively communicate findings through visualization dashboards.Qualifications Required- Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.- 0 to 2 years of experience in clinical trials or healthcare research.- Proficiency in Python, R, Power BI, and machine learning tools.- Strong knowledge of statistics, including descriptive and inferential statistics.- Understanding of hypothesis testing and clinical outcome analysis.- Familiarity with statistical modeling and validation.
