Job Description

    As an Accounting and Bookkeeping Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for handling various financial tasks specific to the US insurance industry. Your key responsibilities will include performing accounting functions, managing audits and reconciliations, overseeing AP & AR processes, and ensuring compliance with US accounting regulations and industry standards. You will also collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial workflows and resolve discrepancies in financial records.To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in accounting & bookkeeping, preferably in the US insurance sector. Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting tools is essential. You should also be familiar with audit, reconciliation, AP & AR, and financial reporting processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with good communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams, are required.
