Job Description

You are a highly creative and culturally attuned Art & Styling Consultant responsible for leading the development of art concepts and styling direction for luxury hospitality projects. In this role, you will collaborate with interior designers, architects, and brand teams to create immersive guest experiences that are rooted in place, narrative, and mood.- Developing bespoke art narratives that reflect the identity of the property- Sourcing and curating original artworks, installations, and mixed media expressions- Building mood boards and visual concepts- Commissioning custom artworks from concept to installation- Defining styling language for guest rooms, public areas, and F&B spaces- Curating decorative accessories and locally inspired accents- Ensuring art and decor seamlessly integrate into the overall design schemeTo qualify for this role, you should have:- Bachelors or Masters in Fine Arts, Art History, Interior Styling, Design, or a related field- 4-6 years of experience in art consultancy, styling, or design direction, preferably in hospitality or luxury interiors- Strong aesthetic sensibility, project management, and communication skills- Experience working with artisans, fabricators, and suppliers across art and decorPreferred traits for this role include:- Deep love for culture, craftsmanship, and storytelling through objects- Flexibility, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset- Willingness to travel as needed for project reviews, sourcing, or styling installations- Strong personal network of emerging and established artists, stylists, and vendors,
