Job Description

    As an Assistant Marcom Manager at Sayaji Resorts & Spa, you will support the marketing team in developing and executing marketing strategies. Your role will involve managing campaigns, coordinating content creation, assisting in market research, and overseeing communication efforts across various platforms. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure brand consistency, monitor campaign performance, and provide administrative support to the marketing department.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and manage the marketing budget to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.- Develop innovative marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance brand awareness for Sayaji Resorts & Spa.- Maintain alignment of all resort promotions with the brand identity, ensuring professionalism in content and presentation.- Manage crisis communications and guide the General Manager in handling media interactions and emergency situations.- Act as the spokesperson for media, providing strategic responses and implementing proactive communication strategies.- Build and maintain professional relationships with media to enhance the brands credibility and recognition.- Advise unit leadership and corporate office on potential brand perception shifts.- Utilize technology to manage social media platforms effectively and drive digital engagement.- Collaborate with marketing and public relations leaders across Sayaji properties to align strategies and explore opportunities.- Oversee website content to ensure quality, relevance, and alignment with brand messaging.- Submit monthly reports detailing key marketing initiatives, campaign performance, and media coverage opportunities.- Ensure brand consistency across all materials, including printed, promotional, and digital.- Manage media kits and PR materials to reflect the brands premium positioning.- Maintain a marketing database of promotions and events, including F&B and spa promotions.- Organize a digital asset library for marketing use.- Integrate marketing initiatives with the resorts business strategy to meet revenue goals.- Drive revenue impact through strategically aligned marketing communications.- Lead internal campaigns and events to enhance employee satisfaction.- Develop strategies to highlight CSR efforts and promote the company as an employer of choice.Required Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Journalism, or Communications.- MBA in Marketing, Journalism, or Communications.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Marketing & Communications role.Skills and Competencies:- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.- Vendor Management expertise.In addition to the exciting responsibilities outlined above, working at Sayaji Resorts & Spa offers:- Career growth opportunities in a rapidly growing organization.- Professional development opportunities.- Competitive salary.- Hotel stay benefits across properties.- Annual leave and sick leave as per company policy.If you meet the qualifications mentioned above, please submit your resume, cover letter, and references to hidden_email.,
