Job Description

    As an Assistant Manager Store at Vesta Grand Central, Udaipur, you will play a crucial role in managing and streamlining store operations to ensure excellence in guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, handling inventory control, procurement processes, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to the success of our property.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and issuance of goods.- Manage inventory control, conduct stock audits, and maintain accurate records.- Handle procurement and purchasing processes aligning with hotel requirements.- Prepare purchase orders, coordinate approvals, and monitor supply chain activities for timely material delivery.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement and inventory.- Regularly update management on stock levels, purchase requirements, and cost-saving opportunities.Qualifications & Requirements:- Bachelors Degree in Commerce (B.Com)- Minimum 3 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in the hospitality industry.- Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and supply chain processes.- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.- Good communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.In addition to the challenging role as Assistant Manager Store, Vesta Hotels & Resorts offers you the opportunity to grow with a reputed hospitality group.
