Job Description

As a Backend Engineer (SDE-I) at YoCharge, located in Udaipur, your role will involve scaling YoCharges back-end platform and services to enable smart charging for electric vehicles.Key Responsibilities:- Scale YoCharges back-end platform and services- Enable smart charging for electric vehiclesQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field- Experience in Python with Django and FastAPI frameworks- Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs- Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks- Familiarity with RDS, Dynamo DB & Redis is an advantage- Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)- Familiarity with deployment pipelines, CI/CD, and DevOps practices- Experience with micro-services architecture and asynchronous programming- Understanding of systems architecture, design and development for scale- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines- Experience: 1-2 YearsIn addition, YoCharge is an Electric Vehicle Charging & Energy Management SaaS startup that assists Charge Point Operators in launching, operating, and scaling their EV charging business efficiently.
