Strong knowledge of beverages, including various types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a high-quality experience for patrons. Inventory management capabilities to efficiently track and manage bar supplies. Proficiency in menu development to create and update enticing beverage offerings. In-depth understanding of bar operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers. Modern Cocktails (Mandatory skill), showcasing the ability to craft contemporary and innovative drinks.Roles And Responsibilities Oversee all bar operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Create and curate a diverse menu of modern cocktails and beverages. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests. Train and mentor bar staff, promoting a culture of excellence. Implement and maintain health and safety standards within the bar. Develop and manage budgets, aiming to maximize profitability. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for high-quality ingredients and bar equipment. Organize and host special events, themed nights, and promotions to attract patrons.,
