Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Branch Credit Manager in the Micro Finance Loans department, your main responsibility will be to manage a team and collaborate with the sales team to meet targets. Direct interaction with consumers to evaluate their creditworthiness will be a crucial part of your role. You are also tasked with ensuring the completion of credit and know your customer documentation, conducting verifications through various means, and adhering to the companys credit policy guidelines. It is essential to carry out these tasks in a manner that supports sales while managing risks effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Underwrite secured and unsecured loan proposals in accordance with established policies and procedures to meet service level agreements and manage business volumes in the city or area.- Conduct personal discussions with customers to assess their creditworthiness.- Ensure completion of credit and know your customer documents, including verification through telephonic, field, and collateral visits.- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and maintain turnaround times and service level agreements.- Uphold adherence to credit policy standards.- Manage front-end delinquencies by contacting customers upon first presentation.- Supervise and provide guidance to a team of credit underwriters.Qualifications Required:- Graduation in any field.- 2 to 5 years of experience in credit.(Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
