Job Description

    As a dynamic Business Analyst / Project Manager with 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end software project delivery. Your main focus will be on gathering business requirements, managing stakeholders, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality digital solutions.Your key responsibilities will include:- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting client requirements through various methods such as meetings, interviews, and workshops.- Creating user stories, wireframes, process flow diagrams, and BRDs/FRDs to ensure clear project understanding.- Planning and managing projects using Agile or hybrid methodologies.- Preparing and tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.- Coordinating with development, QA, and design teams to align project outcomes with client expectations.- Conducting sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure project progress.- Managing project scope, risks, and changes effectively during project execution.- Facilitating UAT, managing feedback, and ensuring smooth deployment and handover processes.- Maintaining clear and proactive communication with internal stakeholders and clients.The ideal candidate should possess:- 3 years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management.- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum frameworks.- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and wireframing tools.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Preferred qualifications include exposure to ERP, eCommerce, or CRM platforms, familiarity with systems like Microsoft Dynamics or Magento, and certifications in Scrum, PMP, or Business Analysis.If you are a proactive and organized professional with a passion for delivering successful software projects, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.,
