Job Description

    Profile - Business Development AssociateBudget - 3-3.6 LPALocation - Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Surat, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Udaipur, Mount Abu, Kolkata , Siliguri, GandhinagarExperience - 0-3 YearsKey Responsibilities:On-field Sales and Dealer Outreach:
    • Conduct daily visits to Transport and Logistic Industry (Fleet Owners, Transporters, supply chain management companies and its associated service providers)
    • within the city and nearby regions to promote services.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership managers and staff, providing them with comprehensive knowledge of our services.
    • Conduct product/service demonstrations and assist in onboarding dealerships as partners.
    Customer Engagement and Support:
    • Interact with dealership customers during on-site visits to explain services and their benefits.
    • Provide guidance on the subscription process and assist with any queries on the spot.
    Sales and Target Achievement:
    • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by driving dealership and customer subscriptions.
    • Maintain a proactive and customer-centric approach during all interactions.
    Market Feedback and Insights:
    • Collect feedback from dealerships and customers to understand market trends and challenges.
    • Share actionable insights with the sales and product teams to optimize offerings.
    Reporting and Documentation:
    • Accurately document daily dealership visits, customer interactions, and sales in CRM tools.
    • Submit regular reports to the sales manager to track progress.
    Qualifications:
    • Recent graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Energetic, confident, and ready to excel in a challenging on-field sales role.
    • Passion for sales, automobiles, and customer engagement is a plus.
    • Open to extensive travel within the city and nearby regions.
