Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Business Development Representative for Monday.com Solutions at Advaiya, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth within the Growth & Strategy team. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, lead generation, managing the full sales cycle, and closing deals for Monday.com services and related Advaiya offerings. This dynamic position will require you to identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate terms, and meet sales targets, specifically focusing on the Monday.com practice.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and prospect new business opportunities for Monday.com solutions and associated Advaiya services such as consulting, implementation, integration, and training.- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial lead qualification and discovery to conducting product demonstrations, developing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals.- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and effectively align them with the capabilities of Monday.com and Advaiyas value-added services.- Deliver engaging and tailored demonstrations of Monday.com to prospective clients.- Prepare and present persuasive proposals, quotes, and statements of work (SOWs).- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within prospect and client organizations.- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets for the Monday.com practice.- Collaborate with the Partner Alliance Manager to maximize the effectiveness of the Monday.com partnership.- Provide input to marketing and content teams for Monday.com-specific campaigns and collateral.- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity records within the CRM system.- Stay informed about Monday.com product updates, competitor activities, and industry best practices for Work OS solutions.Qualification Required:- Completed bachelors degree or advanced degree from a top-tier institute.- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, with a successful track record of closing deals, preferably in SaaS, Work OS, or IT consulting services.- 1-2 years of direct experience selling Monday.com or similar Work OS/project management software solutions.- Strong comprehension of business process improvement and collaborative work management.- Excellent skills in presentation, demonstration, and negotiation.- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and foster strong client relationships.- Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.- Highly organized, with prior experience managing a sales pipeline using CRM software.Additional Details:The company prefers candidates with experience in developing and delivering custom solution proposals and a background in selling to diverse industries where Monday.com is highly applicable.,
