Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement the hospitals business strategies in alignment with organizational goals. Identify new opportunities for growth and expand IVF and fertility services. Lead the development and execution of business plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.2. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the hospital, including patient services, resource allocation, and staffing. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments, including clinical, financial, and administrative. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and protocols. Implement policies to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.3. Financial Management: Prepare and manage the hospitals annual budget and financial projections. Optimize revenue streams through innovative service offerings and improving patient retention. Ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining high standards of care. Oversee billing, pricing strategies, and collections to maintain financial health.4. Business Development & Marketing: Develop and execute strategies to increase patient volume and market share. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including referring doctors, clinics, and institutions. Drive marketing initiatives to promote the hospitals IVF and fertility services, including digital marketing and community outreach programs. Lead business development initiatives such as corporate tie-ups, international collaborations, and partnerships.5. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the hospitals management team, clinical staff, and support personnel. Foster a collaborative and positive work culture focused on patient care and results. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and ensure staff training and development.6. Patient Experience & Quality Care: Ensure a patient-centered approach in all aspects of care and hospital services. Monitor patient satisfaction levels and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Collaborate with medical teams to maintain the highest standards of clinical care and patient safety.7. Innovation and Technology Integration: Promote the adoption of the latest technologies in fertility treatments and hospital management. Stay updated with emerging trends in reproductive medicine and healthcare management to drive innovation. Leverage digital tools to enhance patient communication, care, and hospital operations.Qualifications: MBA in Healthcare Management or related field. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in an IVF or fertility clinic/hospital. Strong understanding of IVF, fertility treatments, and the healthcare landscape. Proven track record in business growth, operations management, and financial planning. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
