Job Description

    As an F&B Captain at Hotel Platinum Royal Excellency in Udaipur, Rajasthan, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily operations of the restaurant and dining area. Your main duties will include ensuring smooth service flow, training and guiding service staff, taking orders from guests, and collaborating with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely delivery of orders. You will also be expected to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the dining area, handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, and manage inventory to ensure proper stock levels for smooth operations.To excel in this role, you should have prior experience as an F&B Captain or in a leadership role in food and beverage service. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a customer-focused mindset and attention to detail. You should be able to manage and motivate a team in a high-pressure environment, possess knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu pairings, and service etiquette, and be willing to relocate to Udaipur to embrace the unique heritage hospitality culture.This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 18,000, along with perks such as tips, food, and accommodation provided. The work schedule includes day shifts and rotational shifts, with a total work experience of at least 3 years preferred.
