Job Description

The Data Annotation Team Lead is responsible for managing and guiding a team of data annotators to ensure the delivery of high-quality labeled data for various machine learning and AI projects. This role involves overseeing projects related to 2D/3D annotation, LiDar data, image and video content moderation, and natural language processing (NLP). The Team Lead will ensure the accuracy and consistency of the annotated data, implement process improvements, and coordinate with other teams to meet project goals. This position falls under the IT department, supporting the development and enhancement of AI systems through precise data annotation.Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of data annotators. Oversee 2D/3D, LiDar, image/video content moderation, and NLP projects. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of annotated data through quality checks. Train new team members on annotation tools and best practices. Implement improvements in annotation tools and processes. Coordinate with other teams to align project goals.Requirements Over 1 year of experience in leading a data annotation team. Proven experience with 2D/3D, LiDar, image/video content moderation, and NLP projects. Strong organizational and communication skills.
