Job Description

Skills:AutoCAD, Site Planning, kitchen, Meeting with clients to ascertain the intended functions and appearance of each space. Anticipating and informing clients of additional features which may be of use to them. Giving careful consideration to the placement of built-in Kitchen Appliances, plumbing and electrical systems to ensure safety. Creating a plan which details the layout - of kitchen cabinets along with built-in Kitchen Appliances and appearance of all installations and loose furniture. Suggesting appropriate materials and finishes, and providing client satisfaction of any number of revisions until order closure. Assisting clients to select and supervise the work of independent contractors on site until hand-over, of their kitchen, so that their duties are conducted in accordance with clients visions. Keeping a record of hours and activities completed to ensure that clients are billed accurately. Illustrating the effect of kitchen space requirements Providing innovative ideas and concepts to meet clients needs. Developing design blueprints as per the specifications. Remodeling old items in the kitchen design. Preparing and maintaining design budgets. Incorporating color themes if necessary. Adhering to all the regulations of the design. Maintaining the records of activities and tasks. Staying updated on all the latest kitchen design trends.,
