Assess customer needs and guide them through the store offerings, ensuring a personalized and positive shopping experience. Actively listen to customers concerns and offer solutions, ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Be highly knowledgeable about the product offerings, including features, benefits, and how they fit into the customers lifestyle. Stay up to date with new arrivals, promotions, and store events. Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and options available. Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed sales goals and individual targets by promoting products, upselling, and encouraging repeat business. Drive revenue through understanding customer needs and recommending relevant products or services. Maintain strong knowledge of store promotions and loyalty programs to drive sales. Store Experience: Help maintain the overall look and feel of the store to ensure it aligns with the brands vision and enhances the customer experience. Assist in setting up displays, organizing product stock, and maintaining store cleanliness. Support the implementation of in-store events or experiences that contribute to a unique and immersive shopping experience. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
