The Export Manager will be responsible for managing export operations, business planning, international business, international trade, and sales activities on a day-to-day basis.1. Export Sales Developmento Identify and develop new business opportunities in target international markets. o Build and maintain relationships with overseas distributors, dealers, and clients to drive sales growth.o Conduct market research to determine potential customer needs, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies.2. International Market Strategyo Develop and implement an export sales strategy in alignment with Hey Concretes business goals.o Collaborate with marketing and product teams to adapt product offerings and materials for specific markets.3. Logistics & Compliance Managemento Oversee logistics for all exports, ensuring timely and cost-effective shipping solutions.4. Sales and Financial Reportingo Track sales performance and provide monthly reports on export activity, revenue, and expenses.o Monitor and analyze export sales data to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.o Manage the export budget, working to optimize costs without compromising quality or delivery timelines.5. Client Relationship Managemento Provide excellent after-sales support, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests from international clients.o Ensure timely and professional communication with all stakeholders, including international clients and logistics partners.6. Team Collaboration & Developmento Work closely with the production, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment across departments.o Contribute to establishing export-focused procedures and systems for streamlined operations.Qualifications Export and International Trade skills Business Planning skills Experience in International Business and Sales Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to analyze market trends and opportunities Fluency in foreign languages is a plus Bachelors degree in International Business, Marketing, or related field,
