You will work on infrastructure, industrial, and construction projects where machine-ground interaction plays a critical role.Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed geotechnical investigations for projects involving heavy machinery operations. Analyze the interaction between soil/rock and construction or industrial machinery (e.g., cranes, piling rigs, vibratory equipment). Perform machine vibration and dynamic load analysis using appropriate modeling techniques. Evaluate the bearing capacity and settlement behavior under static and dynamic machine loads. Recommend ground improvement techniques or foundation solutions to support machine operations. Use geotechnical software tools (e.g., PLAXIS, LPILE, Settle3, FLAC, ABAQUS) for simulation and modeling. Prepare technical reports and provide engineering recommendations for machine placement, operation safety, and mitigation measures. Collaborate with structural, mechanical, and construction teams to ensure integrated project delivery. Monitor field activities and machine operations during construction to validate design assumptions.
