Job Description

    As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and generate leads for our business. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing and analytics to develop effective advertising strategies that align with our goals.Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and video platforms. Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to maximize ad performance. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, etc.) and provide actionable insights for improvement. Use Google Analytics and other tools to track conversion rates and user behavior. Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, allocate spending effectively, and ensure optimal return on investment. Prepare and present budget forecasts and campaign performance reports to stakeholders. Ad Copy & Creative Development: Write compelling ad copy and create engaging visuals that resonate with target audiences. A/B test ad variations to determine the most effective messaging and design. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align Google Ads strategies with overall marketing goals and initiatives. Collaborate with the SEO team to integrate paid and organic strategies effectively. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in online advertising. Attend webinars, training sessions, and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist or similar role, with a successful track record of managing Google Ads campaigns. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
