The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for teaching, administrative, and support staff, ensuring smooth and timely hiring in alignment with institutional requirements.Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute recruitment drives for academic and non-academic roles.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate databases.
• Develop and maintain HR records, policies, and compliance documents.

• Assist in employee relations, payroll, and performance tracking.
Desired Profile:
