Job Description

    Job Summary:As a Business Development Manager (BDM) , you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and developing business in your designated region. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and a drive to succeed in a competitive market.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Sales Target Achievement:
      • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for life insurance products.
      • Develop and implement strategic plans to reach out to potential customers and meet sales goals.
    2. Client Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
      • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
      • Educate clients about product features, benefits, and relevant information to help them make informed decisions.
    3. Lead Generation & Business Development:
      • Identify new opportunities for business growth through lead generation and market research.
      • Partner with corporate clients, banks, and other distribution channels to increase brand presence and expand customer base.
      • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to reach a broader audience.
    4. Sales Team Support:
      • Train and support a network of agents and other distribution channels to ensure sales performance.
      • Conduct product training sessions to keep team members updated on new products and sales techniques.
    5. Market Analysis & Reporting:
      • Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer behavior to fine-tune sales strategies.
      • Provide regular performance reports to management and suggest improvements in the sales process.
