Job Description

    Role Overview:As a member of the IT team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the organizations IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and maintaining various IT peripherals, providing technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, monitoring system performance, and managing user accounts and access control.Key Responsibilities:- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.- Manage network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, routers, switches, CCTV, access control devices, licenses, and firewalls.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.- Install and update operating systems, software, and security patches.- Monitor system performance, security, and backups to ensure business continuity.- Support email, VPN, VoIP, and remote access solutions.- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.- Document IT assets, configurations, and technical procedures.- Attend and effectively close the service tickets within the SLA.- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement and support.- Provide training and assistance to end users on IT best practices.- Understand, implement, and manage the IT Infra setup as per ISO/IEC 27001 requirements.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).- 3 years of experience in desktop and network support.- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, Office 365, and Active Directory.- Hands-on experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection tools.- Good problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.,
