Job Description

    As a Backend Developer at the company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems and services that support web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-performance and scalable solutions.**Key Responsibilities:**- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and secure backend systems using Java and related technologies.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and implement features that meet business needs.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices in software development.- Develop and manage APIs and integrations with third-party services.- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and efficiency.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the backend systems and APIs.- Ensure security and data protection best practices are followed in backend development.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in Java development.- Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and evolving business environment.- Enthusiastic about staying updated on industry trends and advancements.- Stay calm in tough situations and continue to persevere.- Participation in industry events as a speaker or panelist, etc.**Qualifications Required:**- Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.- Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) and writing unit/integration tests.- Ability to work in an Agile development environment.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- 3-6 years of strong experience with Java programming language (Java 8 or above).- Experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).- Experience with version control tools such as Git.,
