Join our dynamic team and contribute to impactful projects.Job Summary We are seeking a skilled JIRA Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring, customizing, and managing Atlassian JIRA solutions to support project management, tracking, and reporting. This role requires technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and implement JIRA workflows, custom fields, screens, and dashboards to support business processes. Configure and maintain JIRA projects, permissions, issue security schemes, and notification schemes. Develop custom JIRA plugins and scripts using Groovy or other relevant technologies. Create and manage automation rules in JIRA to streamline processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into JIRA solutions. Manage JIRA integrations with other tools like Confluence, Bitbucket, and third-party applications. Ensure JIRA system stability, performance, and security. Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist users with JIRA-related queries. Develop reports and dashboards for improved visibility into project progress and performance. Train and guide team members on JIRA best practices and efficient usage.Requirements : Proven experience as a JIRA Developer or JIRA Administrator with strong knowledge of JIRA administration and configuration. Proficiency in Groovy scripting, JIRA API, and related technologies. Experience in integrating JIRA with Confluence, Bitbucket, or other tools. Solid understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
