You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to produce high-quality designs that align with our brands voice and aesthetic.Responsibilities Content Creation: Design and produce engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for Instagram posts, stories, reels, and IGTV. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the companys brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all Instagram content. Collaboration: Work closely with the social media, marketing, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions. Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our Instagram content fresh and innovative. Feedback Incorporation: Adapt and refine designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders. Timely Delivery: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Requirements Education: Bachelors degree Experience: 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a social media context. Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with design tools such as Canva or Figma. Strong understanding of Instagrams features and best practices. Creative thinking and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design work, particularly for social media.Nice to Have Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
