We clearly aim to be our customers first choice.As the Key account manager (KAM), you will assume responsibility for leading our efforts focuses on managing and nurturing relationships with one of the most important mining clients located across Rajasthan. The role will act as the primary customer contact, owning the customer relationship, while providing a conduit between Epirocs business disciplines and our customers teams at operating sites and at corporate level.The position will amongst other duties be responsible for Establishing trust and rapport with key clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges. Developing account plans and strategies to meet clients needs and align them with the companys objectives. This includes setting goals for revenue growth, identifying cross-selling or upselling opportunities, and customizing solutions for clients. Collaborating with marketing, finance, logistics and customer support teams to ensure clients receive timely responses. Analysing the clients business to identify new opportunities for revenue growth, such as introducing new products, services, or upgrades that can enhance the clients experience and increase the companys revenue. Tracking the progress of the account in terms of sales, service , and satisfaction. Managing contract negotiations with key accounts, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and align with long-term relationship goals. Acting as the voice of the client within the organization, ensuring their needs and feedback are communicated effectively to influence product development, service enhancements, or other improvements. Up to date knowledge of the assigned territory / accounts and manage the portfolio with the objective of increasing market share with assigned customers.Qualification, Skills, and Experience: Bachelors Degree in a Mining / Mining Machinery / Mechanical or a related engineering discipline is preferred. Minimum of 6 to 8 years previous experience with mining customers/companies in a sales and marketing role. Preferably good understanding of Mining and Construction customer segment and application. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook are required. Familiarity with CRM tools and account management software Fluent in English Valid driving license Valid passportKey competencies required for this role: Self-starter, sales driven and results-oriented with a positive approach and a clear focus on high quality sales, customer satisfaction and business profit Team player, positive and resilient.
