Job Description

    Job Title : Marketing EngineerLocation : Kota & Jaipur Head Office (May need to route and action for marketing to different locations as per business needs)This is a fantastic opportunity for a future Marketing Manager to join an established B2B organisation as the Marketing Engineer where you will drive end to end campaigns working closely with the marketing force to continue the growth of the organisation.This is a hands on role encompassing the full marketing mix where you will be given the autonomy to run campaigns with a strong emphasis on direct marketing to segmented audiences using on and offline channelsKey Responsibilities: Coordinate with the marketing team on marketing goals and strategies. Identify the technical necessities for potential projects Integrate technical products into marketing strategies and campaigns. Oversee the development of promotional marketing materials and keep an eye on the product performance. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements Document marketing processes for campaigns and distributing to the marketing team. Expand business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their positions in the industry and researching and analysing sales options. Sells products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with the prospects and recommending solutions.Requirements & Skills: Bachelors degree in a technological field or MBA Broad knowledge of marketing strategies & product knowledge (Mining Tools) Phenomenal communication and interpersonal capabilities Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities Outstanding organizational and time-management skills 2 years of experience required in marketing and technology-related work,
