Job Title: Personal Banker Branch BankingLocation: Udaipur & Alwar, RajasthanSalary: Up to 5 LPAExperience: 1-5 YearsFemale Candidates- Career gap due to any reasonsRole Overview:We are looking for female candidates for the Personal Banker role within Emerging Branch Banking. The role involves handling branch operations, account opening and maintenance, customer service, transaction processing, documentation and compliance.Key Responsibilities:
• Handle account opening, maintenance and closure as per bank processes.
• Verify customer documents and ensure accuracy of forms and documentation.
• Address customer queries and transaction-related requests.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of branch transactions.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Sales teams and internal departments.
• Maintain customer service and quality standards.
• Monitor pending documentation, deferrals and customer requests.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes, regulatory guidelines and audit requirements.
• Maintain proper records, reports and documentation.
• Support smooth day-to-day branch operations and customer experience.
Candidate Profile:
• Female candidates preferred/required.
• Banking or branch operations experience preferred.
• Experience in account opening, CASA, customer service, transactions or branch operations will be an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Candidates currently not working with a career gap of 6 months or more are preferred.
• Ability to work in a branch environment and follow banking processes and compliance standards.
