Job Description

    As a Procurement Executive at Raynas Infra and Geomatics, you will play a crucial role in managing purchases, dealing with vendors, and ensuring the timely supply of materials for our projects.Key Responsibilities:- Source and select reliable suppliers for materials and services.- Fill E-tenders on GOVT Portals.- Collect quotations and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).- Coordinate with the site and inventory team for material requirements.- Track deliveries and follow up with vendors for timely supply.- Maintain proper records of purchases, invoices, and vendor details.- Prepare daily and monthly procurement reports.- Ensure purchases comply with company policies.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field.- 1-3 years of experience in procurement (construction or infrastructure industry preferred).- Good communication and negotiation skills.- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and purchasing software.- Strong attention to detail and follow-up.As a company, Raynas Infra and Geomatics provides Provident fund benefits to its employees.
