Job Description

    Role & Responsibilities Providing counseling services face-to-face, over the phone, or online. Working with individuals, families, or groups. Maintaining confidential records. Building relationships of trust and respect with clients. Actively listening to clients concerns, empathizing, and assisting them in gaining clearer or alternative perspectives. Supporting the implementation of corrective measures and adherence to project guidelines. Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms. Experience with statistical models, and knowledge of linguistics, machine learning algorithms, and NLP libraries/tools.Education And Skills Graduate/Post Graduate in any relevant field. Must be good in English communication. Proven experience of 8 years in counseling or project management-based role, or related roles within the content moderation industry. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer centric focus and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Adaptable to changing priorities.
