The Project Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that each order meets the companys high standards for quality, is completed on time, and is dispatched efficiently. This role requires excellent coordination and communication skills to ensure seamless production and delivery of our products.Key Responsibilities: Order-Specific Production Management: Oversee the production processes for specific client orders, ensuring that all steps are executed according to the order requirements and timeline. Coordinate with the production team to ensure resources and materials are available for each project. Quality Control: Perform quality checks during and after production to ensure the finished product meets client specifications and Aravali Onyxs high-quality standards. Address any issues or defects immediately. Dispatch Scheduling: Plan and schedule the dispatch of orders, ensuring on-time delivery to clients. Work closely with logistics to manage transportation schedules, oversee loading operations, and verify order completeness before dispatch. Coordination with Departments: Collaborate with production, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure smooth workflows for each order. Ensure clear communication between departments to avoid delays or errors in the production and delivery processes. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records for each order, including production timelines, quality inspection reports, and dispatch details. Provide regular status updates to senior management on the progress of specific orders.Qualifications: Proven experience in managing production processes and dispatch for specific client orders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and clients. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and timelines. Experience in the marble or natural stone industry is preferred.
