Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Research Scientist - Analytical at CreAgro in Udaipur, your primary responsibility will be to support the Process Research team by assisting in reaction monitoring, characterization, data generation of submitted compounds, and final product assay method development. You will also be responsible for the analysis of impurities, physical characterizations, residue content, stability studies, and more. Your contribution will play a crucial role in the success of the Analytical Chemistry department by adhering to objectives and targets set by the leadership team.Key Responsibilities:- Perform experimental determination of physico-chemical parameters such as Small molecules Aqueous solubility, Solubility in different solvents, pKa, logP, and Henrys Law constant as per OECD guidelines- Analyze physico-chemical experimental results using Microsoft Excel and GraphPad Prism- Conduct Photo Stability and hydrolytic stability studies- Utilize operational skills in Spectroscopic & Chromatographic Techniques- Evaluate equipment required for work and ensure their proper operation- Prepare study strategies and implement them according to SOP- Document and report analytical results accurately- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to meet research objectives- Ensure team harmony through active participation in team discussionsQualification Required:- MSc in Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or Agriculture from a reputed University/Institute with excellent academic credentials- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Assay of a.i. by potentiometry, HPLC, GC, and impurity purification/analysis- Experience in chromatography method validation is an added advantageAdditional Details:You will be expected to work within budget limits and suggest cost improvement areas to the Team Leader/Group Leader. Collaborate with internal team members and the Group Leader as needed to plan work, discuss experiment results, resolve doubts, and address HR-related issues.
