Job Description

We are looking for a talented and dynamic (RMO) to join our Organization. This is a fulltime/direct hire position. If this is something that interests you, apply today.Requirement Details: Daily Round in patient ward Diagnose patient conditions using examinations and tests. Based on their findings, prescribe treatment and medications to attempt to heal any illnesses or injuries. Counselling Patient for their medical condition & Treatment Periodic monitoring for patient health Conducting Daily OPD for attendants Daily Report to Hospital In-charge Suggesting and coordinating with senior management for the growth of the Organization. Any other assignment assigned by superior time to time Responsible for treating patients undergoing treatment, handling emergency care Undergo training (practical & theory). Responsible for overall operation of the facility staff, inventory, etc. To be available on call after working hours for clinical and administrative support. Provide a 24 hour medical service within the hospital on an on call basis permanentlyEligibility and Qualifications MBBS 1 2 years of experience in the same field Extensive knowledge of medical record-keeping practices Advanced ability to ensure the highest standards in patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations. Ability to keep abreast of advancements in the field of specialization. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
