    • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals for home loans and mortgage products on a monthly and quarterly basis.
    • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies based on current market trends to drive revenue growth.
    • Lead Generation: Establish strong relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and agents to ensure a continuous flow of high-quality leads.
    Customer Acquisition
    • Understand Client Needs: Analyze customer requirements and offer customized home loan solutions that align with their needs.
    • Direct Sales Engagement: Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations to close new business deals effectively.
    • Manage Sales Pipeline: Build and manage an active sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and successful conversions of leads into sales.
    Relationship Management
    • Industry Networking: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, brokers, and other industry professionals.
    • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless loan process from the initial application to disbursement, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Address Queries: Actively resolve customer concerns by working closely with internal teams and providing prompt solutions.
    Loan Processing & Coordination
    • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient loan processing.
    • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all loan documentation adheres to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Problem Resolution: Act as the point of contact for both clients and internal teams to address and resolve any loan-related issues quickly.
    Key Skills and Competencies:
    • Proven Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, particularly in the home loan and mortgage sector.
    • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients, brokers, and internal teams.

    • Proven Results: A history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and managing a diverse sales pipeline.
    • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of mortgage regulations, loan processing, and compliance standards within the industry.

    • Sales Achievement: Regularly meet or surpass set sales targets for home loans and mortgage products.
