Job Description

Udaipur (Rajasthan)Reporting to : Sales ManagerJob Responsibility:We are seeking a sales driven and results-oriented Sales Officer to join our team and promote ourbrand of cold-pressed oils in assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthand wellness, have strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a proven track recordof achieving sales targets.Responsibilities:Achieve assigned sales targets for cold-pressed oil products within the assignedterritory. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers,including retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and institutions (hotels, restaurants, cafes). Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences forcold-pressed oils. Educate customers about the benefits of cold-pressed oils and how they compare toother cooking oils. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with customers. Ensure on-time product delivery and maintain positive customer relationships. Monitor competitor activity and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Collect market data and sales reports to track progress and identify areas forimprovement. Participate in marketing and promotional activities for the brand. Maintain accurate sales records and reports. May require travel within the assigned territoryKey Result Areas (KRAs):Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for assigned territory. Increase brand awareness and market share for cold-pressed oils in assignedterritory. Secure new customer accounts and develop existing relationships. Maintain a minimum customer retention rate of 70-80%. Submit accurate and timely sales reports. Achieve a customer satisfaction rating of 100%Qualifications:Bachelors degree in any educational qualification. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the edible commodityof FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated and highly organized with a strong work ethic. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software (a plus). Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (required). Knowledge of the assigned territory market (a plus).
