With decades of experience in the industry, we serve clients across multiple continents and are dedicated to quality, innovation, and client satisfaction.Position Overview:We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive with strong experience in the stone and quartz surfaces industry. This individual should be a road warrior who thrives on creating and nurturing client relationships, generating new business, and driving rapid results. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial-minded professional who understands the natural stones and quartz surfaces markets deeply and has a proven track record in sales.Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth: Drive aggressive sales growth by prospecting and closing deals across natural stones (India) and quartz surfaces (Oman). Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring repeat business and high levels of satisfaction. Market Expansion: Identify new markets, target potential clients, and expand the business footprint in domestic and international markets. Product Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of our products and their applications, showcasing the unique value they bring to customers in varied industries. Field Work: Be on the road, meeting with clients in person, conducting product presentations, and participating in industry events. Sales Strategy: Contribute to the sales strategy, working closely with the management to align goals and drive growth. Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market feedback, and customer needs.Desired Skills and Experience: Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, specifically within the natural stones or quartz surfaces industry. Track Record: Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing market share. Client Network: Strong network of contacts within the stone and construction industry. Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Results-Driven: High energy, self-motivated, and focused on achieving results quickly.
