Job Description

    Role : Oracle techno functional apps lead.Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in electrical/CS, MBA in IT & Finance.About The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Techno Functional Apps Lead to join our IS & IT team in Udaipur.In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle EBS applications. You will also play a key role in understanding business requirements, converting them into technical specifications, and ensuring that applications meet the needs of the business.Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Oracle developers Develop and implement new Oracle EBS customizations, including forms, reports, concurrent programs, and OAF pages Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to Oracle EBS applications Ensure timely availability of the latest version of source code and documents for all custom objects Maintain a strong understanding of Oracle EBS functionalities and best practices Provide training and guidance to end users on Oracle EBS applications Participate in IS process governance activitiesQualifications Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA in IT & Finance a plus) Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle development tools and technologies (Oracle Forms, Reports, Oracle 10g/11g, SQL Loader, TOAD, PL/SQL, and Developer) Minimum 5 years of experience working with Oracle Apps R12 modules Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience working in an Agile development methodology (a plus)(ref:hirist.tech),
