Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Senior Data Scientist at our company, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to power intelligent systems and breakthrough research. You will lead end-to-end ML projects, explore cutting-edge AI applications, and mentor the next generation of data talent. If you are passionate about solving high-impact problems with Machine Learning and Generative AI, this role is tailored for you.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end ML projects, from research and experimentation to production deployment.- Explore and implement state-of-the-art research in ML and Generative AI.- Build and optimize deep learning and machine learning models for complex business challenges.- Collaborate across teams to transform insights into scalable products.- Mentor junior data scientists and interns to support their growth with impactful projects.Qualifications Required:- 5-7 years of experience in Data Science/Machine Learning roles.- Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and core ML algorithms such as Regression, Decision Trees, Gradient Descent, SVMs, etc.- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.- Hands-on experience with transformer architectures and Large Language Models (LLMs).- Familiarity with tools like Langchain or LlamaIndex for LLM-based applications.- Ability to translate theoretical research into production-ready solutions.,
