Job Description

    As a Recruitment Manager in our company, your role will involve managing the full-cycle recruitment process. This includes tasks such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new employees. You will collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand the organizations workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Key responsibilities include:- Utilizing various tools and techniques such as ATS platforms, job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting to attract top talent.- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.- Conducting interview assessments, coordinating panel interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.- Leading offer negotiations, overseeing background checks, and managing pre-employment documentation.- Providing recruitment analytics and reports on key hiring metrics like TAT, cost per hire, and quality of hire.- Mentoring and supporting junior recruiters and recruitment coordinators.- Staying updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent movement across industries.- Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor laws.Your expertise in recruitment will play a crucial role in helping our company attract and retain top talent to drive our business goals forward.,
