Job Description

    You will be responsible for creating engaging and original content (video, photo, reels, stories, captions) aligned with the brands visual identity and tone. You will need to plan and execute content calendars across various digital platforms. Collaborating with designers and marketing teams for campaign visuals and storytelling concepts will be crucial. Tracking and analyzing engagement metrics to optimize future content performance is also part of your role. It is essential to stay updated on social trends, meme culture, and viral moments to keep the brand relevant and relatable. Additionally, shooting and editing short-form videos, product showcases, and behind-the-scenes clips are preferred.Qualifications:- A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, or related field.- 2-4 years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing, preferably for D2C/lifestyle/fashion brands.- Proficiency in video editing and creative tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, etc.- Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a flair for storytelling.- Understanding of platform algorithms and analytics tools like Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio, etc.Key Attributes:- A creative thinker with a good understanding of digital trends and youth culture.- Comfortable with being on camera or directing others in content creation.- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- A high sense of aesthetics aligned with premium and minimalist design language.- Collaborative, proactive, and passionate about brand storytelling.Bonus Skills:- Experience with influencer collaborations and campaign rollouts.- Basic understanding of paid ad creatives and social media boosting.- Knowledge of fashion/lifestyle content trends in India and globally.Please note that the compensation includes a competitive salary along with performance-based incentives and creative growth opportunities.
