Job Description

    Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to oversee and manage the efficient movement of materials and goods from manufacturing to end consumers. The candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution while ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely deliveries.Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire supply chain process from procurement to final delivery. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations. Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stock outs or overstocking. Optimize supply chain strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Develop relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts and improve sourcing strategies. Implement best practices in logistics, warehousing, and transportation management. Collaborate with the production and sales teams to align supply chain operations with business goals. Track shipments and resolve any logistical challenges. Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and deliveries. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Required Skills & Qualifications: Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing setup. Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and inventory control. Proficiency in ERP software and supply chain management tools. Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
