Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Team Lead .NET Developer at Kansoft Solutions, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in Udaipur. Your role involves supervising the development lifecycle, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining high-quality coding standards. Collaboration with business analysts, project managers, and QA teams to create scalable applications will be a key aspect of your responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of .NET developers.- Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy web and desktop applications using .NET.- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and delegate tasks effectively.- Ensure on-time delivery and high-quality standards for software projects.- Gather and refine requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs promptly.- Uphold best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.- Contribute to process enhancements and team development.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in .NET development.- Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC/Core, C#, Web API, SQL Server, and JavaScript/jQuery.- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.- Familiarity with Git or TFS for source control.- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Nice to Have:- Experience in Azure or cloud-based development.- Exposure to frontend frameworks like Angular or React.- Previous involvement in client communication and project delivery tasks.This role at Kansoft Solutions presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced .NET developer to transition into a leadership role, driving growth and success within the development team.,
