Job Description

    We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to provide information about our products or services, resolve queries, and build positive relationships to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
    1. Outbound Calls:
      • Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
      • Explain products or services and respond to inquiries.
      • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
    2. Customer Interaction:
      • Answer incoming calls and address customer concerns.
      • Provide detailed information about products, services, and offers.
      • Maintain a professional and courteous tone during conversations.
    3. Data Management:
      • Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
      • Update customer databases and ensure accuracy.
      • Prepare and submit call reports to the supervisor.
    4. Follow-Ups:
      • Follow up on potential leads and customers to ensure closure.
      • Notify customers about updates, offers, or promotions.
    5. Target Achievement:
      • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
      • Work with the team to achieve overall business objectives.
    Required Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
    • Good listening and problem-solving skills.
    • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
    • Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or similar role.
    • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
    • Familiarity with sales or telemarketing techniques.
