Job Description

    We are a leading e-commerce company specializing in high-quality furniture. Our platform connects customers with trusted furniture vendors, providing an extensive range of products that enhance home dcor. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for enthusiastic and driven Telecallers to support our Vendor Management project and help us maintain strong relationships with our vendor partners.Job Summary:As a Telecaller in the Vendor Management team, you will play a key role in engaging with furniture vendors, ensuring smooth communication, and helping manage day-to-day operations. You will serve as the first point of contact for vendors and support them with queries, updates, and feedback.Key Responsibilities: Vendor Communication: Make outbound calls to vendors, ensuring they are well-informed about new updates, product offerings, and system changes related to the e-commerce platform. Onboarding and Support: Assist new vendors through the onboarding process, guide them on platform features, and ensure they have the necessary tools to manage their products and orders. Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison between vendors and internal teams, addressing any issues related to orders, product listings, or inventory management. Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, fostering long-term partnerships. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of vendor communications and update internal systems with relevant information. Vendor Feedback: Collect and report feedback from vendors regarding their experience on the platform, providing suggestions for improvements where necessary. Collaboration: Work closely with the Vendor Management and Operations teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely resolution of vendor concerns.Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in telecalling or customer service (e-commerce or vendor management experience is a plus). Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in [English/Hindi, etc.]. Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with vendors. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and vendor management processes is a plus. Good organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
